These Terms explain the rules for using Subscriptly, including subscription tracking, Smart Import, reminders, calendar sync, currency conversion, app lock, widgets, exports, and purchases made through the App Store.
By downloading, accessing, or using Subscriptly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subscriptly is for personal subscription tracking and renewal planning. You may use it on devices you own or control as permitted by Apple's App Store rules.
You are responsible for the subscription names, amounts, notes, renewal dates, currencies, split-cost details, receipts, files, and links you add or import.
Subscriptly helps organize recurring costs, but it does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, or cancellation advice.
Routine subscription management is local-first. You remain responsible for backing up your device and keeping your device secure.
Subscriptly gives you tools to track renewals. You control the information you add and the optional permissions you enable.
You can add, edit, delete, mark as paid, cancel, reactivate, categorize, search, filter, and review subscription records. Dates and totals are estimates based on your entries.
Receipt photos, camera scans, PDFs, CSV files, and public Google Sheets links may be parsed into drafts. You must review imported details before relying on them.
Notifications, reminder sounds, Apple Calendar events, and auto-rollover settings depend on your device, permissions, time settings, and operating system behavior.
Overview cards, category charts, top spenders, nearest-renewal widgets, and PDF summaries are informational views generated from your local subscription records.
Subscriptly may be offered as a paid App Store download or may include App Store purchase options such as lifetime access, depending on the version and region.
These terms keep the app focused on private, personal subscription tracking.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, bypass purchase checks, interfere with services, or use Smart Import with files you do not have the right to use.
Apple services, public spreadsheet links, exchange-rate data, and legacy backend paths may have their own terms and may change, fail, or become unavailable.
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional permissions, legacy migration and deletion behavior, app preferences, and data controls.
We may update the app or these Terms as features, laws, store requirements, or platform capabilities change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Subscriptly is provided as-is, with reasonable care, but without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Subscriptly is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that calculations, imports, exchange-rate conversions, reminders, widgets, exports, or calendar events will always be accurate, complete, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subscriptly is not liable for missed renewals, late fees, failed cancellations, inaccurate imported data, lost local data, device issues, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
